Content may be rejected if it triggers safety or compliance rules (such as NSFW, violence, hate, copyright risk, or misleading deepfake risk). Standard reviews are usually completed within 4 hours, and complex cases within 24 hours. If a generation task fails after credits are deducted, credits are returned according to policy.
